July 2025: Mondrian, Picasso, and Pure Fun

This July, we are turning our studio into a gallery as we introduce our students to the exciting world of Modern Art! From geometric shapes to wild expression, the students will learn to create with the freedom of famous masters.

🎨 July 2025: Mondrian, Picasso, and Pure Fun

  • Fun Art (July 11th): We kick off the month with free-form creativity, allowing students to explore materials and ideas without limits, setting the stage for expressive art exploration.
  • Mondrian Art (July 18th): Students will study the work of Piet Mondrian, focusing on geometric abstraction. They’ll use lines, squares, and primary colors to understand composition and balance in a structured, yet creative, way.
  • Picasso Art (July 20th): We conclude the month by exploring the revolutionary concepts of Pablo Picasso, particularly Cubism. Students will learn how to draw and paint faces and objects from multiple angles, challenging their traditional view of art.

Through engaged study and practical application, our students are developing the complete toolkit they need to thrive.

Creative minds always do better!
